How To Book QDC appointment? – QATAR

Because of COVID-19 requirements, the Qatar Distribution Company (QDC) has instituted an appointment-only policy as of the 31st of May, 2020. Those who already possess an active permit have the ability to set up an appointment to go shopping by short messaging service (SMS), and new applications and renewals can be emailed to the QDC Permit Office.

The 16th of June marked the beginning of our transition to an online system for processing permits and setting appointments. There is a problem with appointments that were planned through SMS or approved through email at this time.

Booking on QDC

According to a statement on Facebook made by QDC, reservations that have been confirmed through SMS and permit confirmation emails that have been delivered prior to this time will be honoured. Beginning on June 16th, appointments can be made at retail establishments, and beginning on June 21st, appointments can be arranged at permit offices.

What are the steps that I need to take to apply for a new licence?

Candidates need to satisfy the following requirements in order to be considered:

Request that the individual’s employer write a letter to QDC or “To Whom It May Concern” outlining the individual’s monthly wage, including not just their base pay but also any allowances they get. As evidence that the employee is entitled to housing, the company must either provide free housing or a monthly allowance, whichever of these two options is provided.

The letter is required to have the official company seal affixed to it in addition to the signature of a company representative.
